What started off as a worn down and forgotten rental apartment ended up as a secluded little gem of a short-term let. Working on a limited time frame and small budget, we were able to select new art & furnishings, re-introduce important architectural details, such as wainscoting, trim and period specific moldings, new ceiling treatments, new kitchen cabinetry fronts, countertops, hardware, paint &
lighting. All of this resulting in leaving this once forgotten space, with charm and a whole lot of character.
